Delete your Tap account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Tap account and account-linked data.
Tap processes account deletion within 30 days and sends confirmation when complete. If ownership verification or a legal requirement delays completion, we will explain the delay.
We delete the selected account, login credentials and associated personal data, including private items, preferences, AI conversation history and user-submitted content. We may retain records required by law, such as payment/tax or employment records, and limited fraud/security or dispute records. Your completion notice identifies any retained categories and the applicable retention basis and period. They are not used as an active personal profile.
Deleting a personal login does not close a shared business or delete other people's accounts. Tap-managed personal subscriptions are reviewed for cancellation before completion. For subscriptions billed by Apple or Google, manage cancellation through Apple or Google Play. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases or cancel an independent service agreement with a business.
